Registration of Vendors for 2024

Applications are invited from reputed Distributors, Dealers, Wholesale Establishments & Vendors who wish to register themselves for the supply of the following goods and services to NCG Warehouse Solutions (Private) Limited for the year 2024.

Application Procedure:

A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.4,000/- should be made by prospective Vendors. This fee may be paid in cash to NCG Warehouse Solutions (Private) Limited, No 10 Raymond Road, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka, or transferred to,

The application should be forwarded with the payment receipt/details under registered post or delivered by hand, indicating “Registration of Vendors for the year 2025” to reach the Managing Director, NCG Warehouse Solution (Private) Limited, No 10, Raymond Road, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka, before the 30th of November 2024.

Required Documents:

1. Duly completed application form for registration – Form I/2024/SR Download
2. Duly completed record of previous and present experience – Form II/2024/SR Download
3. Duly completed detailed list of items/services being provided – Form III/2024/SR Download
4. Certified copy of the business registration
5. Certified copy of Quality Standards certificate (if available)
6. Original of the payment slip for the Non-refundable Registration fee

Terms and Conditions:

• Prices must be maintained from the date of Registration (30th of November).
• Delivery must meet the requirements of the NCG warehouse premises.
• NCG Warehouse Solutions has the authority to reject or terminate the items/services of the Supplier/Contractor.
